My son had eye surgery for keratoconus and came to Fichte’s for a consultation to see if he could improve his vision in the eye. After having to reschedule the appointment because we were not correctly scheduled, we waited over an hour to be told that there was nothing they could do and that he should feel lucky that he has some vision left in the eye. 10-14-25 Fichte, Endl & Elmer! Trustworthy indeed! I wouldn't go anywhere else for eyecare! I remember the Pine & 24th Street location years ago! My family have all gone there. Every person at my last eye exam on 10-14-25 was extremely friendly! They even went out of their way to let me write a note to Dr. Endl! My eye doctor, Dr. Stewart, was so joyful it was contagious! I called yesterday after some MRI results that I just wanted to get checked out. Dana assured me nothing to panic about but it's good to get checked out just in case. Once I was there Ella did all the preliminary tests and even asked the Dr if she should do more after hearing the story.
