Everyone from the Niagara Falls facility was excellent. My cataract surgery went without an issue and all the employees were extremely polite, professional and helpful. The documentation was thorough and easy to understand. Kudos to everyone at the surgery center also. Great teamwork! 5 stars to all involved especially Dr Elmer.

Got all-laser LASIK to correct an extreme regular astigmatism in both eyes. Atwal Eyecare suggested I did not get LASIK from them due to my high astigmatism, though Fichte, Endl, and Elmer planned an operation using one of their lasers that can rotate with your eye (important for following the axis on which astigmatism manifests!) Terrible wait for 45 minutes. No one said anything, just so unimpressed right now. thank you for your response- when checking in, a simple, the wait will be longer than normal would be helpful for those of us who are on tight timelines.
