Just spent 3 days at FHN after replacement of a replaced knee. I can't praise the staff enough for the fun time.....it helped get through the pain....and the new friends I made. What a fantastic staff in all departments. Thanks to Kaydra, Amanda, Belinda, Jennifer, Morgan, Dana and a lot more for taking such good care of me and making my stay bearable. Just wanted to give a shout out to the Freeport Memorial Hospital and the Lena Living Center. I have been overwhelmed with the loving care they have been giving my mom and us as a family. Every interaction I have seen them have with my mom has been very professional and loving. With all the horror stories you hear, I thought I’d give a good report!�
I can't speak highly enough of the care that I was given from the moment I walked into the er to my stay on 3N. Every single staff member was so understanding, compassionate, and carrying. They were devoted to finding out what was wrong and giving me a care plan to suit my needs. My diagnosis was a surprise, I wouldn't have ever thought it would be the root cause of a domino effect. They did it, and figured it out! So many kudos to the team who took care of me.
Nice clean office. Friendly staff. Prefer it over Monroe Clinic in Lena we were going to.
