I have not even become a patient at FHN and the only Neurologist denied my referral... She is the only one for 30 miles and she could not even see me for 10 mins. Dr. Seema KUMAR decided that my file from my primary (whom I only saw two times) was not adequate enough for her, even though it adequately displayed my diagnosis. Losing faith in the care provided at FHN. I’ve called my doctors office TWICE in the past week trying to make appointments. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. Both times, I left detailed messages with my name and phone number, and never received a call back. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO SEE A DOCTOR WHEN I CANT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

My wife who is 37 weeks pregnant and I (dad) had a routine check up appointment with a provider. The front desk staff and nursing staff was kind and helpful. However, we were both shocked by the treatment we received from the physician.
