I just took my car in yesterday 04/20/2020 and I told them the problem was the axle they called gm technical line to get help and they did some bs that would supposedly fix the issue after driving 30-40 miles but I have already drove those miles and it is still making the noise and I was charged 190.00 for this bs! I am not happy at all I feel totally ripped off!!! I haven’t even had my car a year it shouldn’t even have problems!

Customer service is excellent. Greeting you in a wonderful way. you will know exactly what your car need. Everything is in writing. Let you know of any problems that have occurred, and how they’re gonna to solve it, and cost.
15k service. Didn't fill up DEF fluid. 15k service includes topping off all fluids. How is this not included. I get my oil changed at another dealer and they top off DEF. Said I didn't state that I needed top off and was going to write up another order to fill my DEF. This visit was out of convenience. I'll go to my regular dealer. I'm sure they're good for other's not me.
