Parts Department - two strikes at this point. 1st time sold wrong part - 2nd time called told they have parts...told them that I would be over today. Get there. Shows that they have one and they can't find it. Will not be back.
Rude customer service the girls there obviously hated there job. They screwed with my car to get me to come back and dish out more money. Come to find out the manager tried to charge me for them to look at my car they screwed up because I gave them a bad review. Well here's another one. His name is Mark by the way never go here.
Went to get an oil change.. really nice customer service.. they said it will take 1:30hr waiting time... it only took 45 minutes.. once again thank you
I just want to say Thank you. You didn't give me the run around. You explained everything to where I understood it. I actually had another mechanic do a general check, he just couldn't confirm it with the computer. Also the Dublin GMC dealership was trying to rip me off. So Thank You again.
bought my 2013 tahoe ls in for the complimentary service that was included in the purchase of a certified pre-owned vehicle. this was a saturday service...and their quick lube with dexos oil was great. surprised at the cleanliness of the waiting room and also the friendliness of the staff. they even washed my car too. not bad. i'm a bit sad that this is the closest GM dealership. but these ppl are great with the service. thanks y'all!
Parts and Service department is great, they have great customer service! Only because car service & parts are expensive won't give it a 5 star ...but still worth the price.
