Established in 1992. Z-Fever is the brain child of mine. I am Doug Mitchell. When I was in college. I couldn't afford to pay people to work on my junker (a 1976 Datsun 280Z) that broke down all the time. So I used the learning skills I developed to buy books and study up on cars and how they worked. I have an S14 which came with an Automatic and wanted to keep it that way. So I did an Rb25 swap with the auto tranny which is rare. It ended up being a very fast car. I came back and we added a Differential from a 300ZX. Doug also fixed minor problems I had for no charge. I have to say I have never been treated this well by any mechanic shop. Not only do these guys know what they're doing but they are efficient at doing it. This is the only shop I would go to.
Excellent Service! Doug is great to deal with any issues that may arise and to do business with. Last week I unknowingly overpaid and Doug being an honest man handed me back the cash I overpaid. I also enjoy hanging in the garage and watch the work being done to my 350Z. Nowhere else I know will allow me to do that!
