The best smoked BBQ EVER THE BEEF SHORT RIBS ARE SINFULLY delicious
Great food! Good atmosphere. Its German bbq at its finest. Had 1 lb of brisket, 1/2 chicken and 1/2 lbs of everything else. Our sides were burnt ends beans, German potato salad, mac n cheese and pickles. Good stuff, great flavor. Lots of leftovers! The manager ( or who ever walks around to ask if everything was ok) was so kind to grab us a dessert as we did not want to wait in the huge line(orange creme pie). This place is incredible. The rustic look and decor, the dope wallpaper with the butcher's cuts, all the way to the used butcher knives/cleavers/tools for beer tap handles, it all is super cool. And of course the fold...sweet Mary and Joseph. That brisket was incredible, the baked beans with the burnt ends! The pork belly, the jalapeño mac and cheese, the everything! Very cool atmosphere! Food was the real deal barbecue! Definitely going back. We got there in time for last call for happy hour. Enjoyed our first round of drinks. I must say, and they do say this on the website, they do not do a lot of cocktails, and the ones they do, hit the $12 mark! A bit high for such a casual dining establishment. Happy hour is the way to go!
