He is so so kind and takes the time to explain all the possibilities. Informative, empathetic, and professional! He and his staff are great and I would absolutely recommend!!
I absolutely loved this dentist! I can not say enough good things about Dr. Valentin and his staff. I had to get work done on my front teeth and they look amazing!
First couple of visits were ok. When I needed their help the most the Office staff put me off for 6 days to repair my FRONT TEMPORARY TEETH. The visit before the FRONT DESK STAFF WAS RUDE BECAUSE I WALKED INTO THE OFFICE WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. (TEMPORARY FRONT TEETH CRUMBLED INTO 3 PIECES 1 BLOCK FROM OFFICE.) TWO OTHER OCCASIONS WHILE WAITING TO BE SEEN, OFFICE STAFF MADE RUDE AND UGLY REMARKS AMONG THEMSELVES ABOUT PATIENTS AND WAS RUDE ON THE PHONE WITH PATIENTS.
He's an awesome Dentist!! Great Attitude & Work Ethic!! His team is excellent,I really enjoyed my visit and I most certainly will be going back!!
