While his clinical capabilities remain high, increasing burden impairs his ability to meet even the most basic expectations for patient care. It has been difficult to witness what was once an impressive level of engagement steadily decline into something far more concerning. I felt so very confident in his abilities before I headed back to surgery . He explained things very well and he has an amazing empathetic bedside manner that is so very important during a scary time. Dr. Boren and his staff helped make this experience not so scary
