To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. If it were possible to give negative points, I would. My car was picked up and driven to Ferman Collision Center on July 5th 2019. It is now August 13 and my vehicle is finally ready for pick up. I arrived to the collision center after being told twice this week they would be open until 6pm and at 5:45pm the gates were locked.
