The service department needs to be redone. There is not one person who works there that seems to have any motivation to do their job in a timely manner. I had my oil changed on 11/18/24 and apparently the mechanic that was assigned my vehicle must have forgotten how to do their job because they never filled my car all the way up. On 12/23/24 my engine light came on so we took it straight to the shop. To which were where told that the engine was two quarts low, but they have no idea how that happened. Oh were to start. The service department is a class by itself. Nobody want to listen nobody want to look at document about information that was done with another mechanic to honor an manufacture warranty. Will go above and beyond just to say it not what so and so is saying because the codes does not come up as this issue. Really? You are going to tell me that codes are everything and it will tell you all the issue about what is going on with the vehicle. Wrong. I have a complaint on the advertised price of Dealer Prep Fee.I screen shot 2 different prices for the same car/ same day on Autotrader web page.Dealer fee listed as ****** , then another location in Autotrader , it was listed at ******* Then their online internet sales person , (******** from their Brandon **. internet sales line ) quoted , it was ******* When questioned on the fee difference, they said they cannot control what values are in the Autotrader adds.If this is true, We as a consumer can not really trust any valu... read more

Brian is service is terrible. From the management down the place is not reliable. They won’t call you back and they will make you wait while they eat their lunch. All around poor experience in which I plan to take matters further.

BUYER BEWARE:Bought a NEW 2023 Equinox from Ferman, within 2-weeks vehicle had a problematic/intermittent electrical problem. Brought car back and was given a Loaner..... they then had my car for 2-MONTHS without repairing it. After many discussions, they finally stated they'd replace the car. Ferman Chevrolet has a horrible service department. After they sell you a car they don't give a **** about you. The transmission started giving me problems in my 2021 Trailblazer, I called Ferman as they're the dealer I purchased the vehicle from. They told me they're extremely backlogged as they have one guy for transmission work and they don't know when they'll be able to get me in and there's nothing they can do for me. I dropped off my Mazda CX-5 for routine maintenance and to check the *** ****** approached me and stated we have to run a performance test on your air conditioning and it will cost $300. I replied my cay is 6 years old just check the Freon.! We cannot do that, we have to run the performance test. He comes back and stated your car is ready and it was the Freon. I replied it cost me 300+ dollars for *****? That is ridiculous! ****** responded yes, it did. This was my first visit there and will be my last. I contacted the busin... read more

I took my Malibu in for a simple oil change. However, I did not realize that the service included a tire rotation. I permitted them to do it even though I recently had new tires put on my vehicle & balanced a few months ago. After the service, I heard loud creaking from my tires. I notified the dealership -- they set an appointment for a week later. I missed the appointment due to a medical issue.
