I dropped off my Mazda CX-5 for routine maintenance and to check the *** ****** approached me and stated we have to run a performance test on your air conditioning and it will cost $300. I took my Malibu in for a simple oil change. However, I did not realize that the service included a tire rotation. I permitted them to do it even though I recently had new tires put on my vehicle & balanced a few months ago. After the service, I heard loud creaking from my tires. Had appointment to drop truck off at 11am for an oil change. Pulled in at ****am. I was in the left lane. Scheduled a service appointment and was left in waiting room for 3 and a half hours they never updated me and ended up closing the office and never serviced my car and have not been able to reach service manager. Sales member had to track down my car and keys. I purchase a 2020 Chevy Traverse from Ferman Chevrolet in Tampa and it have oil consumption problem. This has occurred twice in one year and Fermans service department tried to tell me that I need to add a quart of oil when this happens, this is the most absurd thing that I have ever heard. Why would anybody have to raise the hood of a 2020 vehicle that's under warranty, they tried to convince me to change the oil and then drive it a thousand miles to see what happens. I bought a 2014 Silverado LT from Brandon Ferman used cars. they accepted my 1996 Harley Davidison Electra Glide as trade. The salesman told me, with my brother present, they would take it "Sight unseen for $2500.00" my brother had carried me to Ferman because is he bought a new truck from Ferman in 2014 and it was a good transaction, he was pleased. Worst customer service ever. I bought a new 2021 silverado in Jan, 5 months and 5500 miles later the engine has a major malfunction. I have my truck towed to the dealership on a Fri morning at 10am. I called the service writer at 3pm and after and hour he still hasn't called back. I show up at the dealership at 4pm and this jerk pretty much blows me off, says he hasn't even entered it in the system and won't be looking at it till the following Monday. On 5/22 we verified that the vehicle had an internal engine failure, the parts needed were on backorder. Parts arrived on 6/11 and vehicle was repaired and guest picked up car 6/14. The part being on backorder, and not having any loaner cars is out of control. We did everything we could to get the vehicle fixed as quickly as possible.
Stay away from Mazda. Quick to sell u a car but when something goes wrong they divert from the situation. We bought a mazda cx9 last month told the car had no prior accidents or damage drove home and the bumper popped out ontop of that the passenger door wouldnt open. Upon further investigation we found the part of the bumper was a different red color. We have been to the dealership 7 TIMES. All they have done is reclipped the bumper or adjusted the bumper. All 7 times the bumper popped back out. The real issue is obviously ... read more

The day after they purchased the vehicle, We received a call about the bumper clip below the passenger front headlight coming detached, and we immediately bought it to the body shop. They fixed it on the spot for the guest. We found out it came out again later and they bought it to our service center. Mazda service center, for no charge, put the guest in a loaner vehicle and did everything that the client asked.
