Working with Enzo Melchionna has been a wonderful experience so far. First time renovating, and Enzo is patiently walking me through each step. Many emails and phone calls from my end, yet Enzo is always friendly, responsive, and offers advice on products and style. He truly listens to his customers! I’m not sure if any other employee would be able to beat this level of customer service. As a builder and purchasing a laundry list of items over the years, I had an issue with a plumbing fixture that was purchased a year ago. When calling Ferguson to obtain help, service, or a repair, no one was available to pick up the phone. No call back after 24 hours. When I proceeded to call them the next day, it took 3 different call attempts to finally get connected to a person that could "help." I bought a brand new house is Westlake, FL from Minto in March 2025. In October of 2025 my refrigerator starting making a loud noise and does so every couple of days. I called whirlpool and had a tech com out to fix it. He said sir nothing is wrong. I showed him the video and he said sorry I can’t help you. Then in January of 2026 my refrigerator has been leaking water. I called whirlpool again and they sent a tech out. He said he is seeing nothing wrong and do I have pics. I said no. This place is ridiculous. We weren't told when we ordered the a Thermador package that we would need a heating element between the freezer and fridge because they were going next to each other...yes a heater. We finally found out when they came to install the appliances after a long wait. They then took 3 weeks to get us back on the install schedule even though the part was said to be in stock only to cancel that installation the day of and said they couldn't install it for another 5 days!
