My wife and I went out to Ferguson Superstore on a brutally cold and snowy day to look at a specific car. Sean Clemons our sales consultant was so thoughtful he started the car up and had it warm and toasty waiting for us to get there. He was extremely knowledgeable and the experience was nothing like your normal car lot. I.E, no goons stalking the lot! Midtown KIA treated me HORRIBLY, so much so, that I went almost 2 weeks without a car, & I own a cleaning business, so it seriously affected my income immensely, having to use Lyft everywhere sometimes 4-5 times a day, until I called Ferguson KIA & spoke to Rihanna.
