We have bought 2 new vehicles here in the last 3 months and have loved the buying experience! Usually car shopping/buying is painful and you feel beat up. Not at Ferguson! Our sales reps, Woody and Dave were low key yet very knowledgeable. This is the only place to buy a car!
Have been trying to cancel an extended warranty and gap insurance for almost a month. Have called multiple times left messages haven't had any return calls and when I did get through they were supposed to email the correct documents and I still have no documents. AWFUL customer service I will never buy from them again!
