This was the best car buying experience we have ever had! Salvador is exemplary! They are very patient and customer oriented here. They didn't do unnecessary credit checks before we were ready for that part, like other dealerships have done in the past (I'm looking at you, Fiat in Edmond). Every team member made us feel valued and welcomed! Great company, and we're customers for life now!
I can not express to you how great this dealership is but most of all 2 of their employees Joe Cry and Hank Lloyd. I had an issue and they both were absolutely AMAZING! Because of these 2 men I will always deal only with no other dealership!

The very best in customer service! The personnel are friendly, knowledgeable and go above and beyond! They provide the best maintenance and service to my vehicle and the purchasing process was simple and easy! We will come back for our next car!
Horrible experience all around. Submitted credit and we were told we would qualify for financing, but not the 0% financing. Sean stated alternative financing would get us into the car we wanted. Brought trade into dealership and was low balled. Then to top it off, we were told we wouldn't qualify for the financing we were told about. They changed the entire deal we had discussed. Not only did I waste a day off from work, but we left without a vehicle because the changed terms were ridiculous!
LAUDEN took really great care of us. Our overall experience was fantastic. The car is wonderful. So happy with it !!
