Fender Mender failed. Fender Mender handled our experience worse than horribly. They acted in the way that makes people not want to trust repair shops. They also acted like jerks and as if we were asking too much for them to fix it correctly. We we’re bothering them by continuing to ask it be fixed. AVOID FENDER MENDER AT ALL COST. I went in there to get a bumper replaced through insurance. Brought it in with no other issues and left with my vehicle throwing a myriad of codes. When asked the guy, who would refuse to give me his name, got very defensive and said that they had been on and they were pre-existing and came in with them or that they were caused by it sitting there for a long period of time; it had been there less than a week, he said it had been there for over two so obviously something sketchy there. I have had several minor cosmetic issues with my vehicle over the last 2-3 years. Each time I called Fender Mender and they were so friendly and told me to just drop by., and each time I dropped by, they took time right then to help me and either fix the issue, or order a part and have me come back. I know they stay very busy with bigger jobs, but I appreciate that they take time for my little quick things, and they always do a great job. Great owner and employees! Fantastic Work! Reasonably priced. Used them when in Keller....KNOCK ON WOOD haven't had any body work issues lately.
Talk to Nick and he gave me several options. I put a big dent in my wife's Trailblazer door and she wanted if fixed. Nick found a used door of the correct color. I had him get the door and took the vehicle in on Monday and they had it ready Tuesday afternoon. The vehicle has an aftermarket sound system in it with an additional speaker in the door and tinted windows. They took everything out of my old door and installed the parts in the replacement door. Nick is rude with an attitude problem do not take your business there, so many more reputable, so many more professional shops that are friendly and want your business.
Just had my first ever 100% positive experience with an autobody repair shop! (And I'm old :-) They did exactly what they said, delivered on time and actually cost several hundred dollars less than original quote. I wish I could give them 10 stars.
Nick was great at helping us navigate a through claim and spot on in everything he told us. We sincerely appreciate your help.
