First time we used them for a repair, they were superb. The second time we needed auto body repair work, we didn’t hesitate to call them. But, oh man, what a change for the worse! It was so abismally bad! Almost like new people came in who can’t handle the business. We were lied to, the work was shoddily done, and certain electrical systems no longer worked. During a recent family vacation, our car was rear-ended. It was still drive-able, but the damage to the back end was so extreme that the insurance company was within $200 of totaling the car. This is the fourth time we've brought a car to Mike at Fender Bender and our experience has always been the best. There's something about doing business with someone who actually cares about the quality of their work and has integrity. While there are plenty of shops you can go to that will do a good job, with Mike, you know you're getting a straight answer. The quality of work and speed was excellent. Mike called to tell me my car was done, and I told him I would pick it up tomorrow at 3:30 at the Nashville location which I dropped it off at and is only a couple miles down the road. When I showed up to pick my car up at 3:30pm the door was lock with no sign on the door saying why and my car was no where in sight.
