My experience with Price's on Mallory Lane in Brentwood is/was frustrating. I'm sure there are good people there, and I suppose they did a good job on a few things on my car but they dropped the ball on the details BIG TIME. I suspect they are understaffed (so the owner can maximize his personal income, just like every other business in this country) and the quality of work is going downhill. fast and outstanding service – very professional and friendly service. car looks phenomenal and the repairs took exactly as long as estimated. can't comment on cost since the other guy's insurance footed the bill.
