Horrible company. Nasty apartments that overpriced. They treat their employees like dirt and practice illegal labor law. The HR department is a joke!. The district manager is a bitter shrew and the maintenance director is a whining liar! Don't make the mistake of working for this company or renting from them, you will be sorry!!1
This company is a joke, they treat their employees terrible. The operate on the fringe illegal labor law. The apartments are crappy, and over priced. The corporate office is joke, if you have problem it is guaranteed they will not fix it. The Maintenance Director is a whining little liar. The HR department is incompetent. Don't rent from them you will regret it.
My experience with renting from Felson Companies was very pleasant. The manager at my apartment complex was very professional. I would defiantly rent from them again!
