I took a tiny baby squirrel to Fellow Mortals . Such kind wonderful staff . The baby was taken care of and released back into the wild .

Hello Fellow Mortals, I wanted to share a story with you. Last year I called you about a wild turkey that had a bad foot. It was limping and not doing well. You said to give it some straw for a bedding and if we could catch it bring it in, but we could not do that. So my husband made two areas of straw for it to stay warm and dry. We didn't see Hoppy after March of 2013. Now he is back. His foot is completely curled up and he hobbles when he walks but he gets around just fine and is looks great. Excellent.... I took in a bird that hit my house window ... made me feel good to know they were there for me and the bird... I was notified when they made the diagnosis and bird was released back into the wild...
