Everyone was so helpful. Tim was understanding and patient with me through the financing process and Sokvannarie kept me laughing and comfortable. James was insightful about the vehicle when we took a test drive and made me feel at ease. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. I bought my first car from them and they exceeded my expectations the second time around.
Avoid this place like the plague!!! They lie and try to manipulate you every chance they get! They use untruthful business practices! They absolutely will try to take advantage of you if they think you won't ask the right questions. They showed me a car for one price and then tried to put paperwork through increasing the price by $6,000 without telling me!!!! sold me a truck they said had brand new transmission, I had it for less then 10 hours and had to bring it back to them due to truck being stuck in 3rd gear, got truck back nearly 3 weeks later, got in truck drove to Springfield rd (1/2 mile up road) noticed windshield was cracked called them and they said it happened when I left, I literally was in truck for 4-5minutes, find another dealership these guys lie and don't stand behind the cars they sell, RUN RUN AWAY!!!
