Customer service was great but the car was shit and I think they knew it since I was never offered the warranty that would have covered the repairs I would never go here again Springfield location
Was a great experience, when i said what the other big dealerships told me i would pay each month fellah cut it in half so i appreciate it everything was great except there was over 2,000 miles put on it and its a quart low on oil and oil chage is due in 653 miles according to when the oil was changed at cottman ave fellah auto. But fellah changed the oil for me right away so im happy and would recommend them to anyone...
Got my wife car from them it hard a big issues they didn't turn the issue away till it was fix 100 percent gave loaner till it was done also. They do all they can to live up to there word.
Never ever will buy another car from them ever......
