The staff if friendly and makes you feel at home. They will answer any questions you have. Very professional.
Dr. Tiongco is a great doctor with good personality same with his staff they are polite and respectful.
Dr. Tiongco is a wonderful doctor, excellent bedside manner. My only concern is, I recently had a visit in his Chesapeake office, and I believe it's due to his staff, I literally waited 40 mins before I made it to a room!! I refused to be seen in the Chesapeake office again. This is not the first time this has happened.
We received a warm welcome from him. He was very compassionate & knowledgeable about his line of specialty. Gives simple & clear answers to our questions. Would happily recommend to my family & friends.
I had a routine colonoscopy. Dr T and staff were kind, helpful, and thorough. Highly recommend!
He’s a very good doctor and he’s very professional.
Came in 5 mins before my 10:30am appointment and was out by 11:00am for my follow up. Dr. Tiongco is very passionate and professional about my health and concern. I highly recommend him to anyone. No long wait even with the current (Covid-19) situation.
