Well, this was my first Colonoscopy. Needless to say I was a little bit nervous. Not knowing what to expect. I experience walking in the door was pleasant with the receptionist. My nurse was awesome. Dr. Sullivan was a brief meeting before being put under for the procedure. As soon as I woke up, he came out and talk to me. My wife got to come back with me. my wife got to come back with me. From start to finish it was maybe an hour and a half. I literally haverecommend 2 people to go to this practice to have a colonoscopy.

He is easy to talk to and he doesn't rush through his appointments. He explains things in simple terms that the patient will understand and his demeanor is very calming and pleasant. I give him a '10' out of '10'!!

Dr. Sullivan came very recommended, and seemed friendly enough, but didn’t seem invested in my case at all. I was a generic procedure of the day, without investigating the case. I was continued to be told “go home and eat something” except I’m here because I haven’t been able to hold food down for two months. The endoscopy showed nothing, and while I can’t except answers immediately, I shouldn’t have to correct the doctor working on me as to why I’m here. Caring professional staff from arrival thru procedure prep. Dr. Sullivan, as always, greeted me pleasantly, ready to perform EGD. Next awakened, not remembering much past Dr. greeting me. He then told us his findings, letting me know to contact them if I had any problems or questions. From start to finish, all stress related to this visit was alleviated.
He and his staff are very professional, compassionate and experienced. He and his team make this unpleasant test quick and painless.
Dr. Tiongco took time to really talk to me and dig into my ongoing issue. He is very concerned and I felt he got right into exams and solutions. I am very impressed with his solution and know my health is in good hands with Dr. Tiongco. I would definitely recommend him!!
