Dr. Tiongco is incredible. He is knowlegeable and caring. I was having intestinal problems and knew when making my appointment it would end up requiring a colonoscopy which of course it did and i scheduled it immediately with Dr Tiongco. His staff is efficient and sent out instructions and a prescription to my pharmacy. If i have questions and call i always get a return call answering my questions. I am pleased to share my experiences regarding Dr. Tiongco.
Very good experience with staff and team. All care providers were very professional and friendly. They introduced themselves by first name, told me what they were there to do, and what the next steps were. They put me at ease.
Consultation resulting in Dr prescribing a cat scan. After completing the scan I have called the office on 2 occasions to be told he has not looked at the report. It has been 7 days.
Dr Tiongo was vary caring, explained everything very well before and after the procedure. He was very personable. He made me feel very much at ease. Everything went perfect!
Dr Tiongco and his medical staff were wonderful and Dr T. warm bedside manner is very reassuring. The waiting room, during the pandemic, I felt was not using necessary precautions. Screenings were not conducted upon entry, if fact my screening and temperature recording was completed as the last step of my paperwork. I was asked to be seated upon entering and then literally forgotten about, until I heard the receptionist calling me on the phone wondering where I was! As a fellow physician, I was impressed with Dr. Tiongco and his staff at GATGI. I had my routine colonoscopy and it went so smooth - I wish to thank Victoria, Lester, Mason, and Hannah at the endoscopy center. Highly recommend Dr Tiongco who has a great warm bedside manner.
