Did this provider have bad breath? Not at all, I didn't notice a smell. Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Many! I got to pick my favorites from a huge selection Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, but I was able to read a magazine

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Dr. Feldman has treated our family for over 10 years, for everything from routine care, to wisdom teeth removal, to crowns, to an emergency that knocked out a tooth. He and his staff have been consistently professional and skilled. I appreciate that he is capable of doing all our necessary services in his office, rather than out-sourcing treatments. I recommend his practice.

Dr. Feldman is extremely rude and unprofessional. He allows his staff to be disrespectful and condescending to patients. In speaking to several of my family and friends we all decided not to give his dentistry our business. He really needs to sedate his patients because without sedation his procedures are too painful. In addition, he does not try to make the customers feel comfortable.
