Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Terrible experience. Dentist is rude with no professional manner, suggested i have work done that wasn't necessary.Had teeth that he filled which broke after the first day, had it redone with the same result. Also his dental procedures are too painful. I can not in good conscious recommend this dental office.I believe that his practice is unethical.

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I have been going here since I was a little girl and now I'm an adult. Their payment policy and the staff have change. They have created an uneasy environment, which is making me change dentist. The front desk staff has seriously changed and is not friendly.

Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. This was my first dental experience that didn't scare the living daylights out of me. And Dr. Feldman left me in no pain. However, the front desk staff could have been more nice and caring. The desntist and his assistants are excellent. The office staff is very rude and unonrganized.
