This podiatry practice required a more-than-full payment from me before seeing the doctor on the day of my appointment, even though they are a participating provider with my insurance. It turned out the amount they required me to pre-pay was higher than their allowable billable amount, so I was due a refund. It took me nearly SEVEN months, and a ridiculous number of phone calls, to receive the refund that was due to me. On each occasion that I spoke with Graydon Avenue support staff, I found the

I will never return this "doctor" was so rude to me during my initial visit and I was in too much pain to talk back or leave. Needless to say, I ended up in the ER that night. I remember paid for a procedure on that day that was not covered only to find out that it wasn't even necessary. This "doctor" and his staff were so nasty, impudent, condescending, obnoxious and overall mean.

What a great doctor. I have seen other podiatrist in the area that didn't meet my standards to be my diabetic podiatrist. I scheduled an appointment to see Dr. Feld which was quick and easy and was very satisfied with my visit. He took the time to answer the questions I asked (unlike the others) and took excellent care of my feet. Job well done.

Great Diabetic Podiatrist I have recently become a diabetic and was told by my primary doctor to see a podiatrist to make sure everything is all good down there. He was very informative on what I needed to do to take care of my feet and gave me a patient pointers sheet as a reminder on what he told me. Excellent doctor and highly recommended!

Dr. Feld is the physician you always hope to find. He is very knowledgeable, caring, and attentive. He takes the time to explain everything and answers all your questions. Because of this and his experience, he saved me from losing my foot and possibly my leg. So if you need a podiatrist, please make an appointment with Dr. Feld

Dr. Feld is very knowledgeable, but comes off as a know-it-all when explaining conditions. He can come off as condescending at times and basically scolds his patients about their choice of footwear, etc. I'm always open to strong recommendations, but his approach was harsh. I was more so irritated with the office in general regarding with how they accept co-payments and after they really were refusing to provide me with my own treatment records. I just did not feel very valued as a patient.

I would not recommend Dr. Feld. He was condescending, arrogant and rude. This was our first visit and our last. Our visit was a waste of our time and a waste of Medicare funds. We visited the Norfolk office. .

Kind, respectful, and my appointment did not have me waiting more than 5 minutes beyond my scheduled time. Dr. Feld and his staff treated me and my fiance so we could enjoy our pre wedding planning without any pain. Also, my now mother-in law went to him for some in office. surgery and she was happy as well and my wife accompanied her to the office visits. Thanks Dr. Feld you and your staff are great.
