We can't recommend Dr. Philip Ngai highly enough! His professional demeanor, knowledge of his craft, and warm persona was comforting for us, especially my mom, who was nervous about the appointment.
Sequoia Eye Group was AMAZING. The staff is super understanding and accommodating to my mom’s needs. They are truly here to help. My mom was basically blind. Worried and nervous about cataract surgery, Dr. Ngai was reassuring and sensitive about her worries. The surgery was successful and we are happy to report that everything went off without a hitch. Thank you sequoia eye group for giving my mom her sight back and allowing her to see the faces of her grandkids.
Warm, welcoming, and competent staff! I felt heard and all my concerns by staff and Dr Ngai were addressed. Would not hesitate to recommend anybody to come here for their eye care needs! I will probably need cataract surgery and I will absolutely move forward with Dr Ngai as my surgeon.
As an MD myself, I would unreservedly recommend Dr Ngai and his staff for superb, friendly, and professional care.
- Did not provide a contact lense prescription even after calling and asking multiple times. (Which is Illegal in California) - Haven't provided any clarification on the insurance claim refunds. - Ordered me a completely different lense than what I tried on during the trial. So now I have 90+ days of daily lenses that basically don't fit.
