Tried to make a return for an AT&T device at this location and the shipping people were no help and wanted us to pay for a return shipment when it’s already prepaid, because they do things according to the associate working “the old fashion way.” Something so easy shouldn’t be so difficult to do like print the return label and send back. Not only that, the lines are way too long with only one person working that area doesn’t make any sense.
