Tried to make a return for an AT&T device at this location and the shipping people were no help and wanted us to pay for a return shipment when it’s already prepaid, because they do things according to the associate working “the old fashion way.” Something so easy shouldn’t be so difficult to do like print the return label and send back. Fedex has no integrity when it comes to packages and actually getting them delivered when they should be!! They just give you the run around over and over again. Absolutely garbage shipping. UPS is a thousand times better.
