If the drivers perceives the package is too large, will say delivery attempted when it wasn’t. FedEx customer service couldn’t get the drivers to deliver. Will keep pretending to deliver until it has to be returned.
Not helpful at all. Watched my package receive multiple updates to their tracking site. Technically, it was going to be delivered during four different times. The service I signed up for stated scheduled delivery on 8/4. Here we are - it is 8/5 and no one can actually tell me when it will be delivered. In a world where market share is competitive, one would think they would be doing everything to capture more of it. Not give people reasons to earn less of it…
Store is supposed to be open until 9pm i arrived at 8:29 doors were locked and employee inside staring at me sat in parking lot girl comes out shortly to take a quick picture of flying birds..goes back in shuts the door employees all left at 842 pm this was complete bs
It was Great! Environment was very laid back, Employee was extremely helpful attentive and efficient
