Nora was super helpful and made the process easy.
The people that work here seem to not know how to process FedEx returns. They all gave me mixed messages and I had to run back and forth through multiple people just to get nothing resolved. Their communication skills are horrible too, they are not willing to help and show it through their body language and way of speaking.

I’ve been here twice, they can’t scan labels and their printer isn’t working if they scan your QR code. Don’t come here they won’t be able to do anything. I wish there was a way for them to update their services I’m sure Fed ex is paying them to say they can take drop offs when they cannot..
Came in to drop off a return through Fedex. Their label printer wasn't working. Imagine if I had taken the bus here and how annoying it would have been to hear, "I'm sorry maybe you can try somewhere else"
