Called to figure out why my package “tried to deliver” when no one came to my home while I was here ALL DAY. Unsure of why I paid for overnight shipping like I did to only have to wait over the weekend for my TIME SENSITIVE delivery since they will not let me pick it up and didn’t actually try to deliver the package. If they had tried to deliver, they would have found I had been waiting for this package and was home.
