Absolutely terrible experience with FedEx. I was home the entire day, yet instead of delivering my package, FedEx simply left a note on my door stating that the parcel would be available for pickup after 5:30 PM at the Chain Lake Dr. location. They didn’t even bother to ring the doorbell or call — just slapped the note on the door and left. The next day, I drove to the specified address, only to be told that the package wasn’t there and couldn’t be found using the door tag number. FedEx Canada gives the worst customer service possible. They do not follow your instructions properly and have internal communication issues. Just avoid them and use other courier services like Canada Post.
Worst service provider, paid extra money for quick delivery and still didn't receive on standard time, apart from that the drivers need more training to be professional. One-time driver put door tag, and when I reached pickup center, my currier never arrived on that location. Also, I do not understand what the reason for giving contact information is if the driver is never gonna contact you. It's totally disgusting.
Hit me with some unknown charge then sent it to collection agency. Avoid Fed Ex.
