There was absolutely no communication from the delivery driver. Obviously, the main entrance to an apartment building is locked. The driver should have called me or sent a message to arrange access. Instead, they simply left a delivery notice and drove away without making any effort to contact me. What is the point of providing a phone number if the delivery driver doesn't even attempt to contact the customer? Very poor customer service and an extremely frustrating experience!
When apartment code is available use it (push the button) to communicate with recipient instead of dropping packages in a public area to be potentially stolen.
