I am beyond frustrated with FedEx—this was an absolute failure at every level of service. I paid for overnight shipment of an extremely time-sensitive document (a passport) from Vancouver, specifically because we were flying the very next day. This was not optional delivery timing—this was critical. And what does FedEx do? The driver doesn’t even bother to ring the doorbell. No attempt at delivery. Pretty horrible. You guys have had my package sitting there for 6 days. Drove right past my house from Calgary and brought it to lethbridge for some reason and it's been sitting there almost for a week Tracking number 884367397140 Call me so I don't have to make a day trip driving there.
