I was left a door tag with nothing checked and no comments, so I didn’t know what to do. So, I texted, and called, with the door tag #. The messages said that there was no record of that shipment, and that they could not proceed without the door tag # (the number I gave!) There is a local Fed Ex office, I would be happy to go pick it up there, but there is no way for me to find out if my shipment is there. It would be nice if there was a way to find out. Was kinda surprised for cant make a label off or an email. They gave me an envelope and had to go to office supply ti get an envelope label to return a faulty product.
