Driver refuses to read delivery instructions. My packages have been delivered to the wrong address 6 times in a row and FedEx doesn't seem to want to help fix the issue.

The only experience I've had with FedEx is not the greatest they leave your packages out in the rain just thrown on your front porch anyone could just take them have the time they don't even knock

I'm 84 and use a cane.i had 4 packages and was struggling and dropped a couple. The 2 women inside, who had no other customer, just stood there and never offered to help or even open the door for me. Then because I had postage on one and no printed label they wanted $15 to print a label. Our local fed ex driver has also left very heavy packages for me that clearly say Leave On Porch in my driveway. He's also left packages for my neighbor who lives on the adjacent street at my house instead. Their service is terrible in every... read more

Not sure why a package wasnt delivered a 2nd time today when it wasnt even snowing yet here we are! Very frustrated that you are delaying needed DOG food by 5 days. I give you the pass being closed for like 2 hours Friday but there wound up being a less than mild 1 hour snowstorm and that was after you chose to place the delayed notice.
