The phone answering system is garbage. Seemingly impossible to talk to a human.

Leaving packages on the wet ground. Fragile package for my at home business. This was Saturday, April 20th, 2024 at 120pm in Loudon TN. Also here is the phot from FedEx. Ridiculous ***Update:6/29/2024 @2:55 pm Saturday- Once again these Aholes decided to leave packages at the end of my driveway. The fact that they take a photo of their truck is so stupid.
