Constantly hear how the boxes I am trying to ship won’t be stable enough just so they can upsell boxes! I have tried to ship there multiple times and the same lady always has something negative to say about something. They are there to try and nickel and dime you. Take your boxes somewhere else and save time, money, and sanity
Brenda store manager is the best she goes above and beyond to help her customers!!! The five stars are for Brenda !!!!On the other hand her coworker does not she even left me to help another customer even Even though she wasn’t done helping me …rude and needs to learn better customer service.
Shout out to Talatu she was helping two customers when I walked in managed to juggle them both get me in and get me processed and out the door. She provided excellent customer service and honestly deserves a raise or a promotion. Make her a manager so she can train others on how to give great customer service.
Stay away!!! Take your business to the USPS. This place exercise CORPORATE GREED, they always have an excuse to reject your packages and upsell you packing materials.
The young lady who delivered our mail all the way out to the coast was fantastic! Great attitude and she managed to find our sneaky driveway ☺️👌🏻👍🏻
