Shout out to Talatu she was helping two customers when I walked in managed to juggle them both get me in and get me processed and out the door. She provided excellent customer service and honestly deserves a raise or a promotion. Make her a manager so she can train others on how to give great customer service.
Stay away!!! Take your business to the USPS. This place exercise CORPORATE GREED, they always have an excuse to reject your packages and upsell you packing materials.

Wow. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced such horrible Customer Service. I just left the Cornelius Oregon Fed Ex. At one point during my visit she went over to a printer to check the labels she was printing and was gone a while. I decided to go over and see if there was anything wrong.
