Update they have now held several packages saying we requested a delivery exception. We never did that. We don’t even know how to go about doing that. Each say it says will be delivered and then the driver marked it as undeliverable. We are a business. We are open seven days a week 830 to 5 but yet every day it is marked unable to deliver or delivery exception request For 14 days. My store product has sat in Fedex in Wallingford for 2 weeks. I can not reach anyone and this has been going on for 3 years now.
