Worthless, worthless company. How do they continue to be in business. Alamosa Colorado location is rude at best. Every time I have to deal with any FexEx facility over the years in multiple states have been nothing but a headache. I will from this point on never ship or purchase from any company that uses FedEx. I do not need the item bad enough to deal with this worthless company.
I’d give less stars if possible! Spoke with Dylan when I was not home for a delivery and he said to call when I got home, I did and was told he would let me know when they would come! A week later and no word! I’ve called FedEx several times and can’t talk to anyone! Horrible customer service!!!!!
