It's in staples , not sure why there is a picture of a&w , person was very friendly at counter!
Charged me twice for import fees. When presented with literal receipts, and was told to call a 1-800 number, where I was spoken to in circles for 23minutes, after waiting on the phone for 60+ minutes. Not surprised by these companies anymore, and just quite frankly done. I just wish they would do better you know.
Plenty of free parking. The Fed Ex counter is located inside the Staples store. Staff was helpful and friendly.
The mentioned time is 9 PM but when I go there at 5:30 they told me we are closing but upon request they accepted my parcel. There should be an option to confirm before coming that FedEx branch is open or not
