I don't think they ring doorbells or even get out of the truck. Totally useless service. 'We missed you' yeah you didn't even come by at all. My phone was on. Every other package and mail gets here Fedex is just wildly incompetent. I refuse to buy from companies who use this service ever again. Horrid 'business' probably a front for something else.
We are extremely disappointed with our recent experience. FedEx damaged my high value product during shipping. I have paid insurance for shipping this product with FedEx. FedEx did not process with any claim for this product. FedEx customer support is ill equipped and did not provide any helpful details. They did not provide me option to share photos regarding the damage. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and we feel completely scammed by FedEx.
Package was out for delivery and didn't show up. Wasn't able to get any tracking information on the tracking page. Couldn't sign up to their program for getting updates, page just errored and couldn't load. The only way I could track this package was by calling everytime I wanted information and then on the day it was out for delivery, they couldn't give me anything. Unbelievably bad
