Had to return an item with a prepaid shipping label. Process was straightforward. Just walked in, dropped my item off, got my receipt, done!
Fast service! Staff was great and had my package ready for pick up for next day delivery for legal documents

Always takes forever to ship anything, even if its just a drop off
Online it shows until 6 PM on Saturday however, I went at 5:06 they say its all closed🙂. Disappointed. They should change it online or change store timing. I drove almost 30 mins to pickup my stuff.
