FedEx was in Staples in the mall. I wasn't aware of that. The staff at Staples that helped me was friendly and helpful.
If i could give this buisness a 0 star rating i would, delivery driver walked up to the door and didnt even knock. Then leaves and supposed to be next day delivery. So i call customer service with is atrotious at best and they tell me i can pick up at one of there locations. Then i show up there and its not even a fedex location, i end up waiting there for an hour for nothing.
Worse shipper ever! Customer service is dog water and they re management is completely outta touch with life! Use them 5 times and all 5 times they couldn’t get an address right! Complete morons
