A little confused about pick up location but once I found it all went well.
FedEx drivers are the dumbest possible. I requested a pickup and the driver drove right up to my building, looked at it and turned around and drove away. Within 5 minutes I contacted FedEx to come back and I could only reschedule the pickup for the next day. The package is 50 pounds and too heavy to keep hauling back and forth into the house, but have had to do so 4 days in a row. I strongly recommend not using FEDEX.
If I could give FedEX zero stars I would. This is my second time having to interact with their customer service after their delivery drivers messed up. Their customer service is extremely poor and the company never holds itself accountable for their poor service delivery/mistakes/late or missed deliveries.
Every time I have a package coming with FedEx it's a week or more late because of their independent contractors. Think maybe it's time to find new ones?
