Easily the worst pick-up location I’ve ever dealt with. In the four years I’ve lived in their delivery area, the courier has never once bothered to hand-deliver a package - they just slap a "delivery attempted" notice on the door and leave. On top of that, finding parking near this pick-up point is impossible, and the counter itself is located inside a store that I cannot enter for some reasons.
If you're planning to send/recieve fragile items, DONOT use this location.
I fine, not all but some of the delivery drivers need either more sleep or talking to about their people skills but other than that which is easy to get past to generally pretty good.
they leave parcels on the sidewalk on Robie st.
Expensive for no reason
