You will be charged 3 dollars for returning something. This is the first time.
FedEx has never delivered a single package to my door. Not once. They don’t even bother getting out of the truck. Every time I get a notification saying, “Delivery attempt made – recipient not available.” Really? We work from home. We’re always home. No one rang the bell. No knock. Nothing. Why am I even paying for delivery if they refuse to deliver? This company is absolute garbage. Just laziness and lies. I’ve had better service from small local couriers than from this so-called “logistics giant.” Useless and unreliable.
