This is my second time using this service, and both times my packages havenever been sent! Very incompetent! First time, recipient never got the envelop, it was going to Sacramento to the Ca teaching department; the most recent one was supposed to go to Canada and it is being returned to me after 10 days because accordingto FedEx, the paperwork wasn't correct and the commercial invoice needed to be visible outside the box.
