Brought in a large return just for them not to take my QR code. Then proceeds to have the audacity to charge $2 for the label. Not the first time I’ve had an issue with this place . They lost a package a year ago and the recipient never received it. Shady busy here!!
This is my second time using this service, and both times my packages havenever been sent! Very incompetent! First time, recipient never got the envelop, it was going to Sacramento to the Ca teaching department; the most recent one was supposed to go to Canada and it is being returned to me after 10 days because accordingto FedEx, the paperwork wasn't correct and the commercial invoice needed to be visible outside the box.
