Reviews are misleading so I'm here to explain. Pak Mail store an authorized FedEx shipping center in the Timber Hill shopping center. Pak Mail accept prelabeled prepaid returns from USPS UPS FedEx and DHL. And we absolutely NEVER charge a drop off fee. In fact we attach your label for free and provide a receipt. For those without a printer they offer to print and electronic label for as little as 50 cents. Mailed off a Expensive Keurig machine and askes him if they would pack it securlyfor me.I was willing to pay wahtever they needed. They only charged 10.00...i had my own shipment label . I waited but he set it aside and said we were all set. Though I had rhat feelung maybe i should ask how athey will pack it ..i trusted it. Final result..purchaser contacted me with pucs ..broken in 3 places .No packing material at all in a box thin as paper . Very rude customer service at this branch, steer clear. I went to ship a box and the rep very harshly stated that he can't ship it as is. So he grabbed the item, shoved it into another bag and told me the price will be $3 and change. Opting for a box upgrade is fine, but there was no need to be rude, and neglect to ask my permission to do this. What a sad, misguided individual. Head to another branch, or, if you see a clerk with blondish/reddish hair, I would request another clerk that isn't so uneducated. Yikes.
