Bought a brand new charger and have had it a month. The radio still don’t work and they till me that Chrysler said it will be later this fall until the update comes out. They treated me like I did not matter that it is no big deal. They said they knew it is a issue and still sold me a car that was defective. I will never recommend or use this place again. The worst customer service I have ever received.
Just found out that either the dealer of Dodge gave mileage and other personal information to my insurance company. If they give it to them who else? Guess when my paid oil changes are done, we’ll be going somewhere else.
I have never had a better experience purchasing a car than I did at Federico Chrysler. They are fair, efficient, pleasant, ethical and professional. I dealt with Devin Blazier in internet sales, Larry Burch in Sales and Farah Wallach in finance. It literally took me a total of one hour at the dealership to get in and out with my new Pacifica. Every step of the process was great. If you are in the market for a new car or truck, do yourself a favor and check out this gem of a dealership in Wood River, Illinois.
