I wouldnt even know where to start! To think I know Bob personally, always took care of HIM with his pool and here I am still dealing with this mess. Shame!
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE My mother bought a BRAND NEW car from here and has been having the same issue for over a year. They continue to tell her nothing is wrong, most likely waiting until her warranty is up to actually "find" something. They have treated her disgustingly and have offered no help. A brand new car should not bring you to tears. SHAME ON YOU 😡
RecommendedMy family has used Federico for years now. The employees have gone above and beyond to help all of us. Whether its time for a new car or just an oil change they have always helped in any way they could. I tell everyone I know about them and highly recommend them.
I have purchased many vehicles from Federico Chrysler and use their service department regularly . My son also recently purchased a new RAM, as well. Sales and service department always great to work with and deliver the vehicle promptly. When in the market for a vehicle, this is typically the only place I look.

kinda funny. the Ford dealer will give me high book on my truck, $9100, but Dodge will only give me 6500 for an excellent condition Ram (one of their own) trucks. we have bought about 6-10 vehicles from Federico and you'd figure they would do what ever it takes to keep your business. they'll sell us there vehicles at top end and only give us low end for our trade.
We recently purchased a 2015 Dodge Journey SXT @ Federico and we were very pleased with the staff/service/all around good experience. All of our questions were answered and explained in terms we could understand. Would highly recommend this dealership
